1. The prize is the Hardangerfjord In A Nutshell Tour through Fjord Tours. It is for 2 people and includes a roundtrip from Bergen, transport by train and bus, a Hardangerfjord cruise, two nights bed and breakfast at the Grand Terminus hotel in Bergen, one night bed and breakfast at the Hotel Ullensvang in Lofthus, one night bed and breakfast at the Fleicher’s Hotel in Voss and return flights from Gatwick Airport in the UK to Bergen with Norwegian Air.
2. This prize must be taken between 1st May – 31st. October, either in 2013 or 2014.
3. No employees of Fjord Norway, Fjord Tours, Noregian Air, their subsidiaries, group companies or other company associated with this promotion will be eligible to enter.
4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK. Proof of residency may be required to qualify valid entrants.
5. The closing date for entries is 31st July 2013.
6. The competition prize draw will take place on 1st August 2013, with the lucky selected prize winner notified by 9th August 2013. The winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge. The judge’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. Once notified (via the email address supplied at point of entry), the winner will have 3 days to reply with acceptance of their prize. Should the selected winner not reply within 3 days of being notified, then it will be deemed that the prize winner has forfeited their prize, and a re-draw will take place. Same rules will apply for the re-drawn winner (should this scenario occur).
7. If you are a winner, you may be required to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter, this may include printing your name on the Fjord Norway and/or Fjord Tours websites.
8. Prizes are not transferable, it is only for the use of the winner (i.e. the lead passenger) and there is no cash alternative.
