The competition opens 1 May 2013, and closes at 23:59 Monday 30 September 2013.
The ONE competition prize consists ONLY of the below items:
1x Exodus ‘Cycle Through Siena & Chianti’ (worth £1,149), including:
Return economy flights from London Gatwick, UK to Galileo Galilei, Italy
7 nights accommodation in 3 or 4* hotels
7 breakfasts
Local bike hire for 5 days cycling
Please note that the following items are NOT included in the prize:
• UK airport transfers
• Italy airport transfers
• Food and beverages, other than those specifically outlined
• Spending money
• Any other excursions, travel, attractions or tips
• Any other personal or medical costs
• Travel insurance and visas
All other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner.
The prize winner must be over 18 years of age, must hold a valid in-date passport, and visa (if required) for travel to Italy (to be pre-arranged by, and at cost to the winner). Travel insurance is NOT included in the prize, and the prize winner must obtain travel insurance for their trip, pre-departure.
The prize is valid for departures from December 2013 to December 2014. Departure dates are set by Exodus and are available from the Exodus website. Prize travel is subject to the availability of both relevant flight seats and tour places.
The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash or any other prize. Once a booking has been made and confirmation provided to the prize winner, no further changes to the booking are allowed. No upgrades allowed. The prize cannot be extended, or amended, or sold.
