Credit rating

Unjustified Credit Rating
I am having serious trouble getting a company to repair my credit rating. They claimed that I had missed two payments on a loan when in fact the loan had been paid in full. They are now refusing to write back to me and my credit rating still shows two missed payments.

Can I do anything to put pressure on this company (First National) to resolve this issue. I can't get credit anywhere.

This is the savings board. I suggest you find the correct forum for this enquiry (certainly not here). Perhaps the Debt free board? A consumers board?

How about one of the major newspapers consumer champions?

If you have two missed payments that shouldn't be there, contact the company the loan was with - not a credit repair agency. They should be able to get them removed if they weren't really missed. Simples!!!!
