Seems like a lot of hoops to get an interview. Why not if they have jobs do they not just give people interviews
Because there are many people who, on paper, would not get an interview because of previous experience, difficult circumstances, criminal record etc. who absolutely shine and demonstrate relevant skills when given the opportunity.0 -
Work programme providers are very keen to send all on these courses as they get paid a cheque per placement.0

They dont get paid anything for putting people on a course. They get paid for sustained employment.0
