Help mbna v quick turnaround

Some advice please

I received a letter from MBNA 2 wks ago to say that i MAY have been mis sold ppi on virgin cc

I filled in form with my reasons and returned the form to a MBNA Harlow address.

Never had an acknowledgement so rang them today. Apparently a decision letter is in way. Chap wouldnt tell me what was in letter.

Has anyone had a +ve response / uphold of claim in such a short time?

yes had 2 from them, i did have acknowledgement by letter and 2 days later had another letter telling me they upheld my complaint, they were really quick 3 weeks total

No acknowledgement at all from them! Found it bizarre they wouldnt discuss on phone thou!!

You have given me hope. Mbna said these complaints were dealt with by a diff department according to advocates office. I was so sure it was going to be a denial

Could I please ask if they took a long time to issue a chq?

had acknowledgement about a week later saying thankyou for the complaint, then another a week later saying they upheld my complaint, and a week later a cheque
