Ppi payout

Recently received my offer for ppi, and was every pleased with the offer. So I sent back my letter straight away!! 4 days later I received another letter with the same offer but different account numbers on, spoke to the bank I'm claiming through and they say I have 2 claims running, but im not aware that i made 2, would they look into another claim that could be connected to the same account for a later date? Very confused????
