iTunes onto nexus 7 please

Hi I've tried easy sync and cheeter something. But I'm a bit untechnical. So how do I get music or iTunes onto my nexus 7 anyone ? Thanks

    I just used Google Play music, uploaded the lot, now I can play it on any Android devices.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.

    You can use DoubleTwist which can sync whatever you have in iTunes (playlists etc) onto basically any device, USB stick, mobile etc. Takes a while when you first run it to import your iTunes stuff if you have a big library, and maybe 1st sync too, but stays up to date well after that.

    Upload your iplod stuff to Google music .
    It will be converted to a higher bit rate and is then available on any Android device .
    Either stream via WiFi or Mobile Data or download what you want on to each device .

    Manual method (assuming Windows) ... connect your Nexus to your computer via the USB cable; Open the Nexus in Windows Explorer; Copy your music files (MP3) to the Music folder on the Nexus. :)

    How do you know that? No-one has mentioned bit-rate or even format.
