Full & Final Settlement Offer. Cabot/Lloyds Credit Card

For the past few years, I have had an arrangement in place with Lloyds bank credit card to pay £10/month on a debt of almost 12k.
A few months ago, Cabot took the debt over & I continued with my payments.
Today, I have received an offer from Cabot to pay 30% of the debt, £3200 and the remainder will be cleared as a full & final settlement.
70% off seems a really good offer to me but has anyone got any experience of Cabot ?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Cabot offered me 50% on a Sainsbury's Credit Card last year, which I took, and it all went really well. They confirmed everything in writing for me before and after and they were very easy to work with. If you're able to take the offer, I would go for it. I wish they would take over my Lloyds Credit Card as BLS Collections won't accept any F&F settlements I offer...Pround to be dealing with my debts! DFW Nerd # 1201
