Too far away from where kabie? No need for it to be in Edinburgh if someone wants to organise one elsewhere ;)

Apols for the silly question - what normally happens at the get togethers?
Presume it involves some of this...
If it was easy, everyone would do it!

I'm in Inverness, but maybe someone around nearer me fancies it?
I was feeling sorry for you having to talk to yourself lucylou.

I did start to reply to this earlier then got distracted :o

There are a few members up in the Inverness area and I would certainly be up for a meet up that way as I can take the opportunity to meet up with aliasojo again ;)
  • What happen's at these meets? I live in Edinburgh.

Well as its only attended by MSE firstly the organiser looks for the cheapest venue to meet. Then the cheapest form of transport has to be organised. Usually this is walking so some MSEs have to set off a few days early. Then when at the venue everyone asks the barman for a glass of tap water. Finally you all congratulate yourself on not spending a single penny all night :p

    Edited to say:

You all would have brought sandwiches with you which you made at home based on tips given in the forum for packed lunches. You would have also brought flasks with you which you bought in Argos for 50p after a posting on the Grabbit board :)
