Anyone else having problems online with Lloyds TSB Platinum Credit card?

For the past 3 days I have noticed that payments made to my Lloyds TSB Plat card have not been showing on internet banking. Payments made from Lloyds TSB current account via the Faster Payments service. Been on the phone to them for 1 solid hour! (15 mins first guy, who transferred me to another guy for 30 minutes and finally transferred to guy in the internet section. I was told that they have a system fault and credit made are not showing, even though they have received them. I was told it could take weeks, months, years (yes really!) to solve this issue :eek: I asked if it was anything to do with the transfer of some accounts to TSB, he said no.
Anyone else having an issue?

No - same card but I settle it every month from a current account with another bank.
Billing period for me ends on 19th and I always pay straight away. Money went by FP and as usual, the credit card's "Available Funds" updated almost immediately and the payment was credited the next working day.
Have they accepted that you have made a payment? You don't want to be in the position of being marked down for a late payment if the issues are at their end. Hope you get it sorted.0 -

Don't they usually take up to 5 days to show up anyway?0
