Question for the eon rep

Unfortunately I have been unable to keep up with my utility payments and eon are now applying for a warrant to fit pre payment meters/ disconnect  my question is will I get any notice of when they are coming with the warrant or could they just come anytime? I'm terrified to go out at the moment, my landlord will go crazy if his door gets broken

Thanks

I would suggest contacting EON and asking them to fit the Prepayment meters on a dayt conveinient to you rather than waiting for the warrant to be actioned. You will then avoid the additional £200 - £300 costs associated with the warrant

    Hi Helpmeoutofthismess

advantix is spot on. Best to talk to us and sort something out before the need to reach the warrant stage. Will save you money.

Before a warrant is applied for, we'll look to carry out a site visit. Have we done this yet? If not, we'll have not yet applied for a warrant and this will give you more time to contact us to discuss the options.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for replying

What do you mean by a site visit? A letter was hand delivered through my door a few weeks ago, was that a site visit?
