Advice sought please re energy suppliers inability to communicate with customers

After 5 years with EON(hassle free) I changed my supplier and NPower took over my supply on the 13th of March.They have all my bank details,dd set up and they said they would send me a bill after the first month.

Over two months have passed now and I have heard nothing,should I contact them or wait and see how long they take ?

I'm struggling to see why I should have to chase them up for being incompetent.

What do the MSE boys and girls advise ?

    Your first bill will depend on when your account switch completed and when your meter reading and billing dates are.

    Can you tell me why if I switched on the 13th of March that no direct debit has been taken yet ?
