Harvey's Furniture Again...

Hi,
I've had a look through the forum and I can see I'm not alone in experiencing shoddy goods and poor service from Harvey's.
I should have headed the advice here!
My table was delivered by a couple of travellers working for Concorde Logistics - the delivery arm of Harvey's. One of which had served time in prison with a neighbour (what a small world) for robbery (classy neighbourhood).
They managed to conceal damage to the item with typical traveller type distraction and misdirection "I've left the paperwork in the van, follow me - my mate will turn the table the right way"
Boy do you feel stupid tipping them and letting them go down the road laughing at you, knowing that they've just stung you with a damaged £800 table.
Anyway - when buying the table, customer services were very good. Answering emails very promptly. Yet when contacting them regarding the damage all of a sudden they seem to suffer a communication problem 'we never got your message'
I've given up hoping to resolve this with them so the next step is the County Court. To comply with their needs, and to show I've made reasonable attempts to resolve this, I need to write in to their head office, but I can't find the address.
Can anyone help me with that, and publish it here so that others Googling for this can find it?
Kind thanks.

What makes you think they were travellers?0

They pretty much told me.
Anyway - I've found the address:
Amberley House, Unit A Dolphin Park, Dolphin Way, Purfleet, Thurrock, Essex, RM19 1NZ0 -
Who Harveys choose to employ is their business. I'm not sure their lifestyle, or indeed a previous criminal record, particularly impacts on their ability to deliver furniture.
For your specific problem, in the first instance write to them to state what the problem is and what you want to happen. If you don't get the response you require then look at a letter before action and court.
Just don't mention anything about the 'travellers' again. It doesn't make you look good. Keep it entirely factual, that it was damaged on arrival.0 -
Had damaged furniture delivered from Harveys in the past, just phoned up their customers services at their head office,a replacement was ordered up and item was swapped over when the new one arrived.0

Would you have mentioned the fact if they were a different ethnic minority, probably not,so why mention the fact they were travellers.0

Is it because , as you know, everyone thinks travellers are scum of the Earth and always out to do you. They all have criminal records and in fact anyone who speaks even with a slight Irish accent is , of course, a traveller.( Sarcasm)
Or is it because this keyboard warrior, thinks that by belittling a different cultural race, that it enforces their argument with Harveys, not taking into account that it is their own stupidity that they didn't check the goods first.
