Brokers for Bldgs Ins on Exchange

Hi Guys,
I've read the threads here about getting buildings insurance to put a property on risk from the date of exchange and advice to use a broker because 'normal' insurance companies won't do it?
Can anyone recommend a broker to use?
I had planned to just start ringing the usual suspects until I checked in here, seeing as the comparison sites only allow you to get quotes if you own the property or lease it.
Thanks

You just need to go to the normal insurers and buy insurance from date of exchange as if you are the owner.0

If you have an existing building policy, speak to your own insurers as many will cover the exchange property free or for a low charge0

Thanks guys.
Just to add to the mix the 'new' property is at risk from flooding (thank you Environment Agency) but has no history of flooding.
I'll try our current insurers and the company that insures it now for starters.0
