Above board, you need to ring a freephone number to cancel before the 30 days are up which is pretty easy to do.

You will almost certainly have to wait for a PIN to be sent in the post, the first time you use the service, normally only takes a couple of days mind.

Don't rely on anything I write as it may be wrong!!!
  • It's above board - they ask for your card details because they will automatically start charging you if you don't/forget to cancel within the free trial period.

Remember that you can go through Quidco/Topcashback to get about £5. You should get this even if you cancel during the free trial.

I joined in feb . The report came immediately but I had problems with cancellation . I rang to do this and got an email confirmation . All seemed fine . Then I went on a short trip away . On my return I found an email to say that they had tried to take my first payment which had failed . I emailed them and sent proof of my cancellation but they ignored it and just kept asking for payment . I rang and was told that a staff member had cancelled my membership and then reinstated it .
If you do join keep record of your cancellation confirmation .
