help with access to a website please

hi, i've been using a survey website for a few years, but suddenly my computer won't let me access it, it tells me that the identity is not verified and the connection is not encrypted, please could anyone give me any advice as i haven't got a clue, its only this site its doing this to, every other site is no problem,

I had a similar problem with 'MySurvey' only the site itself would not open never mind allow me to log in.
After numerous exchanges of emails with their tech team, I got a final message saying they could not replicate the problem and I was to stop bothering them then a week later I got back onto the site again.
I still have no idea what the problem actually was.

the site i'm trying to access is pinecone, i emailed them about it but they couldn't give me any advice, i'm gutted as these were a good payout, its the same for me, when i get an invite to a survey, i click on the link, and it takes me to the login page but after that it won't load.

Carla40: is this the URL: https://www.pineconeresearch.co.uk/ ?

If it is, the website is loading fine for me and the server certificate is valid until October 2013 so that doesn't appear to be the issue.

If it isn't the website above,can you post the URL, I can then take a look.

Also, check your computer time, it might be incorrect and this can sometimes cause problems connecting to websites over HTTPS.

If I try https://int03.pcrint.net I get the following error: The connection was interrupted
The connection to int03.pcrint.net was interrupted while the page was loading.

I've tried various Browsers and get the same problem. It looks like the website has a problem communicating over HTTPS since HTTP seems to work.

If I try HTTP as follows: http://int03.pcrint.net I get a message that the Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

Which means that you are unable to browse or list the contents under the root directory, if you have a direct link to the study it should work, for example: http://int03.pcrint.net/start/US/717303001.htm

hi, thanks again, the direct link goes to the study page to login, but when i try to login it just won't load, its driving me crackers and i've lost out on alot of surveys

please could anyone help me with this problem, its driving me nuts not being able to get on the site

If nobody else can get into it then you haven't really lost out on anything. Nobody here will be able to resolve this, as Ximian has described the problem it's something that you'll need to take up with pinecone again (whoever and whatever they are).
