1. Entrants must be resident in UK and aged 16 or over at time of entry.
2. The competition is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of River Island, their subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the competition.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. There will be 3 winners. Each of the 3 winners will each receive a £100 River Island gift card which can be redeemed against purchases made in our River Island stores (excluding the Selfridges concession and stores outside the UK.)
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. To enter you need to complete the online entry form, which will include answering an epilepsy related question at https://www.riverisland.com/styleinsider/competitions/win-with-national-epilepsy-awareness-week. The answer to the question can be found by watching the National Epilepsy Awareness Week video at http://www.riverisland.com/styleinsider/blog/2013/05/show-your-support-for-epilepsy-awareness-week. In order for the entry to be valid, the answer to the question must be correct.
7. Closing date for entries is 5.00pm on Friday 7th June 2013.
8. The winners will be the first three valid entries drawn at random from all of the correct entries received by the closing date.
9. Draw will take place by 5.30pm on Friday 7th June 2013 and the winners will be notified on this date.
10. The winners must claim their prize by Friday 21st June 2013. How to claim details will be provided with the winner notification which will be sent to the email address provided by the winner on the entry form.
11. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and the Promoter shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries due to technical faults.
12. No alternative prizes will be awarded. The prize is not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available.
13. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the competition, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
14. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
15. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
17. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the competition other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
18. The name and county of the winners will be available until November 2013 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at the Promoter’s address below.
19. The PROMOTER: River Island Clothing Co. Ltd, Chelsea House, Westgate, London, W5 1DR. The Promoter is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act 1998.
