a pen and and i had to chase them for it as they had a product worth £55 on their site that was described as the *company names* pen and that what i thought the prize was that instead they sent me a ballpoint pen with their name on it worth about 10p
the competition was called win one of our famous pens (or along those lines) so i guess they wasnt in the wrong0 -

i put it towards a christmas dress for my daughter
