Does anyone know anyone who does this? My husband is working away from home for 3 months (at least) and renting a room in a shared house for this time, just wondering what the cheapest way to do this is? most quote sites want to know stuff about the other tenants (such as do they have CCJ's or bankruptcy claims) and details about the structure of the house (that he wont know until after he moves in, as we didn't exactly go around with a notepad & paper noting what the roof was made of!) and generally questions we can't answer until after he's moved in and ideally we wanted this setting up before moving down there .
