Online clothes shop refunded me wrong amount, ignores my calls

Hi all,

I need some advice! I bought some clothes via an online clothes shop that belongs to the Jacques Vert Group. I returned part of the order but they refunded me for the wrong items, resulting in me being £51 short. I've called their customer helpline three times since and each time they have said they will ask about it and call me back, but they did not. Emails to two different address have bounced back. I'm beginning to think I'm just being cheated.

Has anyone had the same experience? Is there anything I can do? It just seems pointless to keep calling them.
