My Parcel Delivery.com won't pay out on claim

Hello, After having a shocking time with parcelforce I took my business to myparceldelivery.com.
Everythng has been great.....until I had to make a claim.......:mad:
On the 25 feb this year I raised a claim with them, they said it would take 4/6 weeks to process.
I've done everything my end, 9 weeks later after me nagging they finally say they will pay out.
Another 3 weeks, several ignored emails, and an online chat with Dawn I've still had no response, so I've had to email them again.
They have now got back to me today saying "Our customer service team is now looking into this for you"
What else can i do to make them act faster and pay out the money they owe (only £40), can i complain to an independant body of people of summit? (you get the jist).
12 weeks is taking the Michael, it really is.
Can anyone give me some advise??? please

My Hermes took months as well, got it eventually!No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:
