19" Fujitsu Siemens monitor at ebuyer for £86 (including google checkout discount) seems to have a good spec:

Does anyone have any experience of their monitors? I can't find any reviews for this model.

Might not be much help but I've got an old Fujitsu Siemens CRT monitor (as a spare) that's lasted longer than all our other monitors and is still working perfectly. So can't find anything to fault it. Not sure how good they are with their TFTs though."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

We have lots of Fujitsu Siemens monitors at work and they've been very reliable.
Hard to say how this particular model will fare though.Dave. :wave:0 -
This also seems quite a good deal:
