As most of you know that experian and equifax do a 30 day free trial.
However with equifax i have found that i signed up for a months trial about 18 months ago, cancelled before the 30 days expired, then all i did was say waited 3 or 4 months after i had that trial, and if later if i wanted to check my file again all i had to do was log in with my old details and as long as i got a confirmation that the report ould cost me nothing, i then got it.
I then cancel that trial before the 30 days and repeat the process every 4 months or so.
It saves me the recurring membership fee cost that they - equifax would be charging me anyway. :T:T

I called Equifax today to cancel my subscription before the £10 a month fee kicks in after my free trial. When I said I wanted to cancel they offered me a reduced rate of £3.99 a month instead of the £9.95 they were going to charge - might be useful for some of you out there who want to continue your subscription! They really do a hard sell on trying to get people to buy other products if you cancel though.****************************************Money saving is addictive... get help and join MSE!0
