Hi all, Just wondering if I could pick your brains for a moment. We are just about to exchange on a house, we were hoping to complete this friday (Fat chance). We are 1st time buyers, our vendor is moving to a property where the owners are moving out to a rented property. So its a very small chain with only 3 people in it…

Hi Hamster,

To be honest, its just the exchange and firm date im after. This Friday's ship has sailed due to the moving vans being unavailible. So now it will be next week at earliest.

Im going in for an operation on June 4th so it will be after mid june if they want to wait around, they can do! It'll get my out of doing any jobs as I wont be able to walk. I know my girlfriend is reading so she wont be happy! haha

*EDIT* FYI I dont need a moving van as im moving from my parents house. I would have been more organised!
