Hi all
Just had a letter from a company telling me they can possibly clear the IVA off with any frozen pensions I have. I am at month 69 in my IVA and wondered what this was all about? A scam? or for real? I and my partner do have frozen pensions...any advice would be most grateful...thanks..:)

sounds like a scam to me, if your so far through your iva you can't be far from the end with your pensions intact, why jeopardise them now?
edit: assuming your iva started when you joined in 2007, guessing 6yrs or 72months you could only have about 3 payments left?Roll on DFD, final payment 1st October 2017 :beer:0 -

Hi Fiat Fan
Why I put 69 I don't know. I am in my 33rd month of my IVA...I wish it was 69 :rotfl::D"The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person's determination."Debt free in 4 years  _party_0 -
