Kiddisave not picking up phone or replying to email

Hi,
I placed an order with kiddisave.com and need to chase them. I have emailed them and rang them many times but no one is picking up and there's no answer phone!!!
Any ideas on how I can get in touch with them? Awfully disappointed, never seen such non-absent customer service from any online store!!!
