Asda Click & Save. Stay Clear

Really unhappy with the service from Asda, first time used their click and save department. First of all internet site would not let me select local store for pick up of item, so had to ring them and order. (this should have sent alarms bells out). Anyway payed for my product via debit card nice man said would receive text and email confirming order (never did) but told me item would be ready for pick on a monday from local store. Turned up at the local store in Queens road Sheffield and after much fumbling around by staff told my order had been lost and money would be refunded in 8-10 days. What a complete waste of time, have used Tesco service in the past with no problem but Asda, what a way to run a business. Rang the helpline to find out what happened to my order, got some lady in a foreign country who could not speak much english telling me to email my complaint, for what good that will do.
Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used ASDA Click and Collect 5-6 times and never had a problem - they have always been quick to deliver to my local store and texted me to let me know it's arrived. Even when I ran in to pick up at 9.56pm (store closed at 10pm) the staff were great.

Ditto! I've always had great service off them too.

I've made 5 orders on their click and collect thing so far. All but one haven't arrived when they were supposed to. Most recently there was a top I ordered last Tuesday. Should have been in store on Thursday. I'm still waiting. :@ wouldn't mind too much ususally, but it was for a christening on Sunday...
