nearly year discharged from bankruptcy and letter from nram

Hi there currently been discharged from bankruptcy nearly year and got letter from nram claiming owed money from loan to do with cca and cheque would b received with 28 days. Between 2009 and 2011 all interest repaid back. Does any1 no if I am entitled to this money even though loan got cleared off in bankruptcy?? Any advice would be appreciated

    Bankrupts cannot benefit personally from any PPI redress awarded. The money belongs to the Official Receiver for redistribution to your former creditors.
    This is the law.

    No. NRAM should send it to your OR. If you receive it personally, you are legally obliged to tell your OR and they will take it from you. It is an offence to keep it.

    Not enough that you can benefit from a "refund" of money you never paid in the first place!
    Do some research on Google if you don't believe the answers given here...

    It doesnt matter what some websites say. The important website is the Government one and that makes it quite clear that PPI redress payments that are for PPI taken out pre-bankruptcy belongs to the estate and not to the individual.
