To celebrate our partnership with the latest animated blockbuster Epic, we’re giving away 50 family cinema tickets.
If you have a friend, family member, work colleague or someone in your local community that you think is Epic, then let us know about them. By nominating them, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 50 family cinema tickets. The person you nominate must live in the UK or Republic of Ireland and if your entry is successful in the draw you will receive a Cineworld family ticket ( 2 adults + 2 children), to pass onto them.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is the prize draw to nominate a third party (“a Nominee”) to win a Cineworld family ticket ( 2 adults + 2 children) (“a Prize”) during the term of the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize will be awarded to Nominees only and not to winners. There are 50 Prizes to be won in total.
2. This is a consumer only promotion. No purchase is necessary.
3. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or agents of the Promoter.
4. The Promotion, which commences on 13/05/13 and ends on 22/05/13 at 00.00, is only open to entries made on or between these dates and the Promoter shall not accept any entries which it receives outside of these dates.
5. The Promotion is only offered via the Promoter’s Bosch Home UK Facebook page.
6. In order to enter the Promotion, entrants are required to: i) on the Bosch Facebook App nominate a Nominee who is, in their opinion, Epic, state why their Nominee is Epic and provide the Nominee’s name; ii) submit their own name, postal address and email address. Entries must be made on the Promoter’s official Facebook Bosch Home UK prize draw page.
7. The winners shall be selected at random from all the entries received by the Promoter on 23/05/13 at 10.00am.
8. One entry per person only.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach it during the term of the Promotion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, do not comply with these terms and conditions or are fraudulent or invalid.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Please note that Prizes are non-redeemable for cash.
13. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter shall notify winners within 4 days of the draw date via the email address provided at the time of entry. Winners will be informed that the prize – family Cineworld tickets – is being sent in the post to them and they will be asked to pass it on to their nominee.
15. The Promoter shall place a list of the winners’ names and counties on its Facebook page within 30 calendar days of the Promotion closing date. The winners' names and counties will also be made available upon request by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope to Marketing, BSH Home Appliances Limited, Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5PT from 01/07/13 to 31/07/13.
16. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names, counties and photographs in such publicity.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions, at any time.
20. Any personal data collected for the purposes of this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at http://www.bosch-home.co.uk/privacy-policy.html.
21. The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
22. The Promoter/Data Controller is Bosch, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration no. 01844007, with registered office at Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK12 5PT.
