Do either of you have MS Word?0

If you don't have word (my computer only came with works) you'll have to use open office and save to word that way.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Go to www.zamzar.com upload your Works document and convert it to .doc0

I wouldn't fancy uploading my work to some random website unless there was no other option.
Microsoft have a free Works -> Word converter here:

Can you save as an .rtf file using Works? They should be able to open that using Word.0

*File - *Save As then check the list of options and see which is comparable with what the recipient has available.0
