Bank account closed

My bank closed my account after constantly charging me for overdraft fees. I got into such a spiral that I couldn't afford anything! I complained and got awarded a mere amount to which I am trying to claim back more.
The worst thing was that they closed my account with no notice! It has left me with a basics cash account after spending time trying to build up my credit history. I am mortified this has happened
Can anybody help:mad:

Help in what way ?
You've been offered a refund which i presume you accepted ? Your account is now closed, if you weren't happy with the refund, the time to make a complaint was before you accepted it really. You now have a basic account, the way to rebuild your credit file is to make sure you manage that account and don't incur any more fees. If your account was closed because of constant fees, your credit file is probably shot anyway. Concentrate on moving forward with your new account now.0 -
From your rant it looks like the bank have done you a favour by closing the account. Learn how to manage your financial affairs properly via a basic bank account for the next few years, then rejoin the financial mainstream.0
