    EDIT: Oops nevermind, I just saw this eBay's Terms and Conditions page

    "You must have an eBay account and PayPal account registered in the U.S. to redeem the Gift Card."

    I know you got your answer to this but I thought I would just add that this applies to most of the gift cards, but if you have suggestions for new cards that you want then you can send a message to Admin. However the company needs to offer online cards - and it will still depend on whether or not Admin can get hold of them in the US.
