Land Registry Restrictive Covenant question

Possession
We are thinking of converting our garage, so I have accessed our title deeds on the Land Registry site.
It states 'The Transfer to the proprietor contains a covenant to
observe and perform the covenants referred to in the Charges
Register and of indemnity in respect thereof.'
However in the Charges Register section it states 'A Transfer of the land in this title dated 12 October 1990 made between (1) Alfred McAlpine Homes Midlands Limited and (2) x and x contains restrictive covenants.
NOTE: Copy filed.'
There is no note of what the covenants are, or if they are time restricted. Our solicitors certainly didn't highlight anything out of the ordinary before the sale but I would like to make sure we are able to make the changes necessary.
I've looked but I can't see how to find out the information on the Land Registry site, can anyone help?
Many thanks.

As I understand it, the online version of the title contains only basic information.
You'll need to get a copy of the official documents, which will be the original deeds. See hereWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
Thankyou, I'll do that.0
