Had face to face OR interview last Tuesday and my OR didn't even look at my SOA only asked why I thought I got into debt and asked questions about my DD and praised how well I coped and totally understood .... bless him he was so sweet .... I was so shocked that I wasn't quized about outgoings I didn't ask if that was it ??? If I was going to get an IPA would I have been told on that day or is someone likely to write to me in the future ???

Remner ... do you mind me asking you a question ??? I noticed on your thread that you were discharged after only 6 months ... I thought it was a year or can it be different for each person ?BR as of 26th April 2007 and feeling 10 years younger :T

A year max. If there are no complications and the creds dont object about 6 months is becoming the norm these daysBR 18 Oct 2006 Discharged 16 April 2007 :T0

Yes. 12 months is the Max unless you have been very naughty.
Early discharge is done according to this, and can be as little as six months:

I wanted to add, that in my experience they don't always mention the IPA. With mine, I was at the end of the phonecall, just about to put the phone down when I thought to ask about an IPA. It was then she said she thought I might have one, but that it needed to be calculated. Some OR's, huh?BCSC Member 70:j
