IPA question ???

Had face to face OR interview last Tuesday and my OR didn't even look at my SOA only asked why I thought I got into debt and asked questions about my DD and praised how well I coped and totally understood .... bless him he was so sweet .... I was so shocked that I wasn't quized about outgoings I didn't ask if that was it ??? If I was going to get an IPA would I have been told on that day or is someone likely to write to me in the future ???
Not to clear as to what happens next ...:o

A year max. If there are no complications and the creds dont object about 6 months is becoming the norm these days

Yes. 12 months is the Max unless you have been very naughty.

Early discharge is done according to this, and can be as little as six months:

I wanted to add, that in my experience they don't always mention the IPA. With mine, I was at the end of the phonecall, just about to put the phone down when I thought to ask about an IPA. It was then she said she thought I might have one, but that it needed to be calculated. Some OR's, huh?
