No point as all they will say is callback after the day of travel.
Who knows the tickets could still turn up.
Funny how we can use this against the DVLA. Yet when a company sends something to us and it gets lost its the companies fault....

If I understand correctly, from reading one train operating company's rules, it seems that the train companies treat tickets lost in the post as "lost", which seems quite a jump (to me losing a ticket is different to it never arriving). Which under the National Rail Conditions of Carriage doesn't legally have to be refunded. I'm sure I'm missing something though.0
