Revising offer after survey - asking to see report

I had an offer accepted on a property a few weeks back.
Survey done within the same week, which highlighted a few issues but nothing too onerous.
Say original price accepted was £115, Surveyor valued at £114, I have put in my revised offer today at £113k to give a little room for negotiation on both sides.
EA has said they will pass it on to their client, but may request a copy of the survey to support my figure of £113.
Do I have to provide a copy of the report to them if they ask for it?

No , in the same way the vendor can tell you to take a hike and accept someone elses offer (someone who doesnt need a mortgage possibly)Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

OK thanks.
I don't need a mortgage either, the report was done for my own benefit, no one elses.0 -
