Great news, enjoy your debt free life!Getting married to a wonderful lady on August 10, 2012.
Need to save up, lose weight, reduce my money worries and get back to being the real me! :j0 -
Well done on becoming debt free. It is lovely that your relative was able to help out and I wouldn't feel guilty about that.
Congratulations and best wishes for the future.

congrats Moo this is fantastic news. Now its time for you to draw a line under all of this and move on. Maybe one day you will get a mortgage for you and your son (if you dont already) you should be so proud despite the relatives involvement, you paid 4000 yourself which is very commendable and like you say you have a new attitude/respect for money spending. thats amazing.
enjoy it hun, you deserve to be debt free.!!!!!
EDIT: im terrible at typos and spellingyes i have 6 kids by two different fathers, but Im the parent that is there for them ALWAYS!! :A0 -
I have 8 and a half years left on my mortgage, and I'm going to hammer that down next.
I can't remortgage for a cheaper deal because of all the defaults so the only way to save is to overpay, so I'm going to start next month.
I am determined to be mortgage free by the time the short man goes to secondary school, in 5 years.ISA £1675MiniMoohound savings £3685.86 :T Plus £3800 CTF
