Hi all,
I am looking for the floor plan of a property that was sold back in Dec 2011. Cant find it on Zoopla / Rightmove. Is there any way I can get hold of it?
Thank you

Zoopla often have the archived listings for properties sold in the last few years. Search under the sold prices section (search for the name of the street and town, for example "Oak Tree Close, Portsmouth"). Scroll down until you find the correct property and click on it. Near the bottom of the page is a section called Property History. If they have the archived details, they will be there and they will include the floor plan if one had been published in the original listing.0

If the house has had planning permission applied on it within the last 10 years or so, then try the council's planning portal. I have found this to be a very useful source of floor plans.0
