Ticketmaster Help Please!

Hi, I've just bought myself and OH tickets to see Lee Evans for his birthday. I paid by card and asked for secure delivery.

My problem is, they didn't ask for an address ?!? Would they just be sent to the cardholder address? He's left his bank details at his mum and dads address so would they have to sign for them?

It's not a problem if that's what they do, I'd just like to know.
Also, how much in advance do ticketmaster send out their tickets, just so I know when to start getting worried.

Its a bit odd that they did not ask for an address normally its part of the online form you fill in when ordering.

Was there no bit that asked for card holder address? Normally this is asked for to check that the details for the card match.

If they did ask for the card holder address my guess is that they will be sent there.

His card details were already stored so maybe they are just going by cardholder address.

They will be sent to the stored address but they usually ask if that's the one you want to use. If you're worried check his account details online or contact them via the contact form. it varies when the tickets are sent out, but if they've not arrived by about a week to go before the performance then contact them as they are always delivered before then.
