£30-45k to invest... ISA used up

Hi All
So iv maxed out my Stocks and Shares Isa for this financial year. I have £15k to invest right now and will have additional £30-45k over the next 3-4 mths.
I'm fairly risk prone where there is a possibility of higher gain. I also wouldn't like to tie in money for too long.
What options do I have? Other than the obvious standard savings accounts.
Thank you for your help,
Dale
