Ppi query

I sent off a ppi questionnaire to barclays and they sent a letter back to say they will write to me no later than 21/05/2013 with a decision they have since wrote to me last week askin or documents of evidence that I had savings when ppi was started back in 2003 I have no documents or evidence will I still get a refund ?

Two issues there.
1 - you havent given us your reasons for complaint - so we cant judge
2 - at the moment, they are looking for information that you even had PPI
It isnt a case of getting a refund. It is case of putting in a complaint and the information available either supporting that complaint or not.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
