Music search websites?

Anyone know of a site where you can "send" a mp3 sample to in order to find the title/artist to ultimately buy the product?

In a nutshell: I've got some old radio recordings (to audio cassette) that I don't know the title of and wish to attain them now on the mp3 format.

Most of the usual sites aren't feasible as I have no song title or singer!

Well, if I wanted to know the title of a song I would start by typing a line or two of the lyrics into Google. Then see what it throws out.

there are some pretty knowledgable people on here ....As well as old and obscure....

Whip your mobile out, crank the speakers up and press play, dial 2580 and point your phone at the speakers for about 1 minute. You will get a text back almost immediately with artist and title.

Should point out - it does cost something like £1 this service but has never been able to not find anything I've thrown at it and that includes some really obscure never-released white labels amongst others.
