I am trying to get some help with writing to discs.
I have a justlink cd writer already iin the computer not external but everytime I use the cd writing wizard it goes through:
Writing the data files to the cd
Performing final steps
and then it says it cannot complete the cd writing wizard
Also says
There was an error in the writing process the disc you have attempted to write may no longer be usable
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong please
Many thanks

Ok had a quick look on google and found this
Error Message:
Cannot complete the CD writing wizard.
Translation:
The service that controls your computer’s CD-R or CD-RW drive is turned off or has the wrong setting.
Solution:
First, check to make sure the IMAPI CD Burner service is turned on. Click Start, Run, type services.msc /s in the Open field, and click OK. Locate and double-click the IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service. Under the Log On tab, verify that the service is enabled. If it is not, click the Enable button and OK. Test by writing to a CD.
If the service was not disabled, select the General tab and click the Start button under Service Status. Then test by writing to a CD. If it works, change the Startup Type from the default (Manual) to Automatic
and yes I have just copied my first file!
Hope this helps someone else!0
