    I agree I would pay extra to have no children under 5 on the flights I am on. That tends to be an age when their parents can stop then screaming and kicking/pulling on the back of your chair

    I thought that as well until last year flying to Vancouver my heart sank when I saw an 18 month old boy on his mothers lap. I couldnt have been more wrong he was an absolute angel never made a muff but the poor old lady obviously suffering from dementia sat next to my husband caused absolute chaos ha ha!

    It's not the children it is the parents - why do they ignore their child kicking the seats in front.

    That really annoys me. There was a child sitting behind my mother last time I flew with her who kept kicking and pulling the seat. Mother did nothing to stop it so I swapped seats with my mam and after looking at the child a couple of times and asking her to stop she did. Her mother said nothing but had been glaring at us the entire flight. Maybe because we got the front tow with more leg room and they got the second
