Equifax - incorrect searches?

The wife has finally got round to signing up with Equifax & Experian to check what's held on file before we go see a mortgage advisor.
Everything is in order except 2 things on Equifax (waiting on the Experian PIN)....
1) Her name under the electrol roll thing. It's still listing her maiden name as being current, despite us being married last June & sending off an electrol roll update a month or so ago.
Does this matter? Does she need to send off ANOTHER electrol roll update or does she need to contact Equifax?
2) Searches on her name. There's about 5 recent ones that aren't even her name. Her surname is totally misspelled. I don't mean a keyboard typing error where an A is typed instead of an S & i don't mean it's spelled phoetically (smif instead of smith for e.g.) it's just spelled totally incorrectly. They're insurance searches. Looks like car insurance, and the searches are in mid February even though her insurance is due mid January.
Any way these can get scratched from her file?

The insurance searches aren't visible to lenders anyway so don't worry too much about that. What will your verse be?

Thanks for clearing that up.
An idea on the name thing?0 -
Hmm, we might've. I think we did have some ballot things through the post. We usually just bin them so i can't remember how recent they were. She has sent off to the local council though, i know that one because i printed it out for her & posted it too.0

Under the financial associates, i am not listed on her report, yet she is listed on mine & we have held a joint bank account since 2010. In fact we had a Nationwide one years before that which we closed.
Any idea why i'm not listed on hers & would it make a difference when we come to get a mortgage together?0
