Have you all heard back?
The paper says we would hear back by today but we haven't but they have taken our money.

Had our letter yesterday

you need to ring them :

" 2. You will receive your holiday confirmation by May 23 2007 or, if unsuccessful, your payment will be returned by that date. If you have not heard anything by this date please telephone our hotline on 0870 125 3344 (calls may be monitored or recorded for staff training purposes)."

I've not heard either, Tried to call yesterday several times but never got through.
They took my money on the 8th May, I think it will be a refund or I'm sure we would have heard by now. Hope they send it fast.

Have holiday booked, need to phone park direct for dates.
