Confused with 3rd year student finance app

I've applied for my student finance for my 3rd year. However today I had the declaration with breakdown of entitlement come through the post and am confused. On this years application it doesn't say I will get any maintaince grant? Just the maintaince loan ? Does anyone know why this is, as on this basis I won't have enough to live on as this only covers my rent alone. Last year I got the maintaince loan. i also noticed that my application says this is for course year '2' when infact 2013/2014 will be course year 3 (the final year.)
Should i call student finance? Does anyone know why this has happened?

I would give SF a ring as they have obviously made the error with this being your final year, so more than likely a mistake with the grant.

However for peace of mind, I should check your application online just to make sure that you didn't make any errors on the form.
If your finances are correct then i am sure the maintenance grant has been missed. My DD and No1 son had maintenance loans and grants in their final years.

Also be aware that your loans will not be quite as much as in years 1 +2 as they only cover you until the end of your course and not a whole year as before. Hope this helps.
