We're going to the JQ this weekend to look for engagement rings. I can report back on the prices of platinum wedding rings if you like.
We are hoping to buy in the JQ but, if not, we're going to use Blue Nile - I've only heard good things about them. You can buy their 'classic wedding ring in Platinum (2mm)' for £163.0 -
"Brought" is obviously a typo - it should read "bought".

Thanks, that would be brilliant thank you, I'm arranging our wedding in less than 3 months, because my mum is suddenly coming over from australia, h2b works in France and is only home every other weekend, so stressed is the word!!!
Finding this site a godsend :j x0 -
I got mine and my partners from betts metals.. they where fantastic.
so easy to deal with0 -
I bought a Russian Wedding Ring from an online wedding ring retailer called Bayrings and we also bought my daughter's platinum wedding rings from there. They are absolutely amazing. They are actual manufacturers so the rings were much cheaper because they cut the retail shops. My daughter's ring was customised absolutely stunning beyond words and the staff were so brilliant. I can't praise them enough.0

I just bought mine from https://www.weddingrings-direct.com ..... I had no idea what I wanted or what would work with my vintage engagement ring, and i have very narrow fingers, so no high street jewellers had anything in my size to try on & get a feel for..... but i found that website & they offer a sample service and I got to try on loads of different styles at home, which made such a difference for me, as I would never have thought to even try the style I have ended up buying and I got to wear it for a day or 2 to check it would work long term! Made such a difference to me & they custom made my ring to my spec. Very happy with them.0

Good news - we bought my engagement ring online from 77diamonds.com. :j :j We had a look last night and found a lovely one! I tried on a similar style on the high street today and fell in love. It is due to arrive within the next 2 weeks and I would be very happy to give you a review then! Absolutely can't wait! 77diamonds sell wedding bands too and there are plenty of options - worth a look, I'd say!0 -
Hi
I did and I definitely think it's worth looking online; they tend to be far cheaper than stores. You can always try specific styles/shaped rings in the shop to get an idea of what you want and then order that style online. I purchased two wedding rings from eternal wedding rings.co.uk and saved over £300. There is an offer of 15% off when you use the discount code EWR15DIS. You can also order a free ring sizer which was really useful!0 -
We used weddingrings-gallery.co.uk/ for ours, and were very happy with the price and quality.0

we bought ours from betts metal sales (sign up as a hobbyist)

So happy, both white gold plain bands came to about £110 in total, look lovely, and glad we decided against spending hundreds each.0 -
We spent days looking around High street Jewellers only to find the wedding rings we liked the most were always way out of our budget.
While out with some friends this came up in conversation, which I am so glad it did as one of my friends friend, had just bought hers online and couldn't believe the quality and price she paid.
I of course had a look on the website she told me about, withthisringi.co.uk
The choice was so much better and most of the prices I would say were near enough Half the cost of what we had seen in the shops.
Perfect for our budget. So we a bought as set of His and Hers wedding rings. They arrived 3 days later, Wow we couldn't have been happier. My Hubby to be felt his wedding ring was a bit tight, I thought this might be a problem but was amazed too find that they offer re-sizing free.
Very Happy:j.0
