Can anyone give me any advice on my PPI claim.I received a letter from the f o in January saying nram have accepted misselling PPI,and should receive a offer in 8 weeks.no such luck.I contacted nram,but they would not discuss my case because the f o are doing it for me.rang f o 4 weeks ago and they said they would try and chase it up.five months and no letter:mad:
