Printing an email in outlook

Pleas can anyone help. When I print out an email it prints the folders column so only part of the message prints out & that part includes the barcode for my airport parking. How do I get rid of the columns on either side when I want to print.

Which version of Outlook?
Is it the website Outlook.com or the software Outlook 2003/2007/etc.?
How are you printing it? Are you opening up the email first by clicking/double-clicking on it?0 -
Open e mail, then along the blue column (above the e mail) after the word 'catagories' there's 3 points, click there then you will see a list with the word print,click there to print. Works for me like that anyway. Good Luck.Pleas can anyone help.
